  1. MY 4 year old son has leaky gut and it’s getting worse. He also battles yeast, IGG and IGE food allergies, reflux … it’s becoming so difficult to feed him and heal him. I just fast read your ebook and I want to thank you for organizing things in such a way that it seems doable again. Because of his food allergies/sensitivites, I don’t know what to feed him anymore. I’m going to print out your ebook and really try to stick with it. It’s very thourough and specific and I appreciate it. It’s a great find!

    1. Thank you so much for your message! I love knowing that I’m reaching others and able to help! I’m happy you found the ebook, and I hope it will help your sweet son. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, I’m always happy to help. 🙂 Thanks also for the feedback on the organization of the eBook. It always help knowing what’s going well and what to work on. Thanks again and don’t lose hope! You can do it. 🙂

  2. I’ve been breaking out in insane hives for 4 months. The doctor has me on a pharmacy of meds and mentioned in passing “leaky gut” but is still testing me for Celiac’s on Monday. I started taking all of the things on your supplement list and eating/avoiding foods you’ve noted and I’m already noticing a difference. I know what it’s like to avoid public events bc you’re not sure what food is being served or if there’s a restroom available. I’ve had these digestive issues for as long as I can remember, so it’s a relief to know I’m not the only one. Thank you a much for putting this together for others to heal!

    1. Thank you for your comment Lynette! i love knowing I’m reaching those
in need. I’m so glad you found this site and I agree that it’s the best
knowing you’re not alone! Good luck getting better and let us know how
      you do!

      1. Tested neg for celiac too. Going to an infectious disease doc tomorrow and immunologist next week. I’m terrified of having to go without allergy meds for 5 days! I’m at my wits end. I sure hope they find an answer!!!!

    1. If you just click on the link it should open up in a new tab, or if it doesn’t, you should be able to find it in your “Downloads” folder. What tablet system are you running (Android, Apple, Kindle?)

  3. Sage,
Thanks for your you tube information. I have been sick for over 3 yrs. I have been to several ENT’s , allergists and a ton of other Dr. I started taking Aloe Juice yesterday and I believe its helping. The last ENT said I had Candida alibicians and maybe leaky gut. Any help appreciated. I feel like everyone thinks they have the answer and all they want is money.

    1. Hey Kim! I’m glad to hear you’re beginning to figure things out, and that Aloe Juice is helping! I’m also glad you’re taking your healing into your own hands because you can do it! You can get better! It’s hard to trust doctors with your health, especially when nobody knows your body better than you, so trust your instincts and you will figure it all out and heal.

  4. Hello Sage. Thank you for the information, but would like to know the best brand of cod liver oil. Thank you!

  5. Hi Sage, My daughter’s physician diagnosed her with candida overgrowth. She also has food sensitivities or allergies. not sure which. Anyway, he started her on nystatin and glutamine. Said it was okay to take together. I have been trying to do my own research and not sure how to proceed. I ordered your book and you recommend not starting the glutamine until after treating the candida. Can you point me in the direction of the research on this topic? just trying to make sure we are not doing more harm than good in starting the glutamine at the same time. Thanks so much for your time.
