Hi, I’m Sage and I’m a 23 year old girl from Utah. I love having random dance parties with my sisters and cooking delicious food. I enjoy hiking, exploring and being outside. One of my biggest pet peeves is having wet socks, and I’m happily married to my best friend and sweetheart.IMG_1397

One of the biggest dreams I’ve ever had is not only being able to run my own business from home, but doing something with my life every single day that is helping countless numbers of people. I’ve created this site to share my experiences and to help others with their challenges.

I am not a professional, I don’t have a degree yet. I’m an average person just like everyone else, but I’ve had health problems, and I have a lot of experience with nutrition. I’ve been learning and researching for years. I’ve had to, and now that I’ve overcome every single health problem I had, I hope to share with you what I know. My point in sharing this with you is so you know that you can get your life back. I consider myself the luckiest girl in the world because not only did I overcome what everyone told me I couldn’t, I’ve been able to share it with so many people, and now I get to enjoy every moment doing what I love with the people I love.

  1. Hi – I just wondered if I could eat rice and oats on your protocol – i’m gluten free already but won’t to follow your guide.

    1. Hi! Usually grains are not recommended on the protocol. Grains aren’t generally inherently bad for you, but they don’t contain the nutrients you need to heal, and while you’re healing you pretty much want to only feed your body nutrient rich food. I experimented with grains when I was healing but I couldn’t get better until I went completely off of grains. There are a lot of great foods you can still eat though! I ate a lot of squash and sweet potatoes as replacement starches because they filled me up, and they have a ton of nutrients!
